Return and Refund Policy

At HomeTidyPro, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • Unused, unworn, and with original tags (if applicable).

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at: service@hometidypro.com If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label.

  • You will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@hometidypro.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care items (such as beauty or hygiene products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Original shipping fees paid at checkout.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items.

  • Gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item.

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at service@hometidypro.com.

8. Return Address

A return shipping label provided by HomeTidyPro is required before sending any items.
