HomeTidyPro is a professional home and kitchen brand designed for real homes and organized living. To reduce unnecessary warehousing, excess inventory, and carbon emissions, many of our products are shipped directly from trusted manufacturing partners and our fulfillment hubs.

This direct-to-you approach allows us to:

1. Processing Time & Shipping Fee

Every HomeTidyPro order is handled with care by our team.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before shipment.

  • Peak Seasons (Holidays): Processing times may extend up to 5 business days during high-volume periods.

  • Shipping Fee: We offer a flat $5.99 shipping fee on all orders, regardless of destination.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Because HomeTidyPro products are fulfilled through global partners, delivery times may vary based on your location.

Canada / UK / Australia 11 – 16 Business Days
Rest of World 15 – 20 Business Days

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the label is created.

  • If tracking information does not update immediately, your package is still in transit.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

  • Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes assessed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • HomeTidyPro is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

  • Customs fees are uncommon for small kitchen and household items, but regulations vary by country.

5. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

  • If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@hometidypro.com  within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once an order enters the processing stage, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction is important to us.

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, send us a photo within 72 hours of arrival, and we will arrange a free replacement.

  • Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms your package is lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
